Rates, Deposits and Cancellations

RATES AND FURNISHINGS

Note: There is a 3% charge for all credit card payments and sales tax is 6%

Holidays (Memorial Day & Labor Day) require a minimum stay.

Motel Rooms

2 person max - $65 / $400 per week

Each motel room has a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker with coffee and A/C in the summer.

Please follow the Motel Room Checkout Procedure to avoid "Excessive Cleaning" charges.

Housekeeping Cabins

Base rate - up to 4 people - $90 per night (two night minimum)/$570 per week

$20 each additional person per night (6 person max)

Each cabin comes fully furnished including dishes, silverware, cookware, coffee maker, microwave, dish towels, paper towel, dish soap and toilet paper.

Bedding, pillows and towels are not supplied.

Bedding, including pillows, and towels can be furnished for an additional $20/night.

ALL ROOMS ARE SMOKE FREE

Smoking in the rooms will result in a $250 cleaning fee charged to your credit card.

PETS

Attended pets are welcome at $10 per night per pet

Pets are not to be left unattended unless in a cage or portable kennel.

If we determine that your pet was left in your room not crated when you are not there, you will be asked to leave.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds unless you bring furniture covers.

Pets must be on a leash when outside; you must pick up after your pet.


WHILE YOU’RE HERE

Please check in at the office upon arrival. 

Check in 3:00 pm Check-out 10:00 am

If something gets broken or doesn’t work, please let us know immediately.

Damage not caused by reasonable wear and tear is the responsibility of the renter.

Free Wi-Fi & Satellite TV

This property is privately owned – relax and feel at home. We are not responsible for injury to guests or for loss of personal items.

No hunting or processing of deer or bear is allowed on the property. 

 

RESERVATIONS

Please call us to finalize your reservation.

To hold your reservation, we will ask for your credit card information and store it in our secure Square account so it cannot be lost, stolen, or used in any other way. Once this information is entered into Square, you should get an email about it - please do not unlink your account unless you contact us prior to unlinking it. We shred your credit card information once it is entered, so we will need to contact you again to get your credit card information to hold your reservation.  
 

Our policy is to take your credit card information to hold your reservation and only use it in the following situations:

  • No call - no show (full price of your stay).

  • A 50% deposit (minimum of a 1 night stay) will be charged for any cancellations that are made within 2 weeks of arrival, unless we can book at least 50% of the original reservation.

  • It is up to our discretion to charge for your initial booking length if you adjust your stay within the 2 week window.

  • Excessive cleaning charges due to smoking in the rooms, damaged or missing items, or not cleaning up after yourself as directed in the checkout procedures.

 

DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Deposit

We will not charge a deposit when your reservation is made.

 

Cancellation & Refunds

A 50% deposit (minimum of a 1 night stay) will be charged for any cancellations that are made within 2 weeks of arrival, unless we can re-book at least 50% of the original reservation.

During snowmobile season, cancellations are allowed if the trails are closed.

No shows will be charged for the entire reservation.

No refunds for early departure.

We accept cash or credit/debit cards.
