  • $80/night (up to 2 guests)

House Keeping Cabins

  • $100/night (up to 4 guests)

  • $20/night for each additional guest (max 8 total)

  • Optional linens, towels & pillows: $20/night

Payment Methods

💳 We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express).
We do not accept personal checks.

Additional Fees

🏡 6% Michigan sales tax

🏡 3% credit card processing fee (if not paying with cash)

🛏️ Minimum Stay & Booking Info

  • Cabins require a 2-night stay

  • Motel rooms require a 2-night stay on the weekends

  • 3-night minimum may apply on holidays

  • For same-day or one-night stays, please call 906‑852‑3541

  • No deposit is required to make a reservation

  • Credit card info is taken at booking strictly for:

    • Late cancellations

    • Excessive cleaning due to smoke/damages

    • Same-day cancellations & no-show

  • You will receive a confirmation email shortly after booking

    • Didn’t get it? Please call us to confirm

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 14+ days before arrival→ No charge

  • Cancel within 14 days → a 50% late cancellation charge applies (minimum one night), unless we can rebook at least 50% of the nights

  • Cancel day of arrival or no-show → Charged in full

Snowmobile Season Exception

  • If snowmobile trails are unrideable (at our discretion), cancellation fees are waived

Other Policies

  • No refunds for early departure or unused nights

  • Shortening a reservation within 14 days counts as a cancellation

🐾 Smoking & Pets

No Smoking Indoors

  • All units are smoke-free

  • A $250 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside​​​

Pets Welcome

  • $10 per night​

  • Please do not leave pets unattended unless in a cage or portable kennel. 

  • Please cover furniture and beds to reduce the amount of pet hair left in your room/cabin.

  • Well behaved pets can be off leash when outside if attended. If you see other guests outside, please respect their wishes if they would like your pet to be on a leash. 

🕑 Check‑In & Check‑Out

Check-In: 3:00 PM

  • Stop by the office, which is located in the front porch of the farmhouse

Check-Out: 10:00 AM

House Cleaning Cabin - Cleaning Policy

  • All cabins are house cleaning cabins.

  • Guests must clean before departure

    • Vacuum, remove trash, wipe counters, tidy kitchen

      • Do not need to clean the bathroom​

    • Follow the checkout procedure to avoid extra cleaning charges. For your convenience, it is also included in the binder in each cabin.

Damage Notice

  • Report any issues or damages immediately

  • Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear
