We currently have one vacation home rental located in Mass City, MI

This is a 4 bedroom, two bathroom home that has been completely remodeled. Features include:

• Plenty of off-street trailer parking

• Master Bedroom has a king bed and a master bathroom

• Two bedrooms have queen beds

• One bedroom has 3 twin beds

• Large dining and bar area

• Large living room with a large couch

• Helmet pegs and a large coat rack for all your outerwear gear

 

Check in is at 3PM - check out is at 10AM​

 

Price ranges from $250/night to $350/night depending on the season and an $80 cleaning fee

• Well behaved pets are allowed for an additional $10/night

  • Clean up any messes inside the house

  • Pick up after your pet outside the house

  • Any damage caused by a pet will be the responsibility of the guest that rented the house

One night security deposit is required

​Cancellations:​

• Security deposit is refundable if cancelled up to 2 weeks before stay​

• Security deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within two weeks of stay

• Full price of stay will be charged for no-call/no-show or if cancelled within 1 day of stay

Minimum Stay is 2 nights

Holidays may require a 3 night minimum stay

By making this reservation, you agree to the following:

• No smoking or vaping in the house. Evidence of smoking or vaping in the house will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee

• Do not use the back patio door. We were not able to get steps in and there is a drop off

• Do not enter the abandoned buildings at the back of the property

• Please let us know right away if you notice something that is broken or not working properly.​
